Disney Overload: Magic Kingdom

I spent the day today in Walt Disney World, more specifically in the Magic Kingdom! Over the next few days I'll be at each of the parks(yes there will be photos). I'll post some of those pictures next week and today I'll give you what I've got!

(I am also hoping to find an album that is not incredibly high-priced for my project while I am down here!)

**CASTLE SHOTS**

The second is my favorite. It was actually more difficult to get a clean shot of the castle today because there was minor construction happening, and a large crane was extended to work on it. With the use of the lovely cropping tool, I was able to make it vanish. I absolutely love the Magic Kingdom Castle!

TOMORROW LAND

I found myself waiting for my family outside of a restaurant in Tomorrow Land and I caught a cool photo of this space-thingy. It seems to me like a lantern/spaceship, with is cool with me(everything in Disney makes sense because its just great like that).

MAIN STREET MAGIC KINGDOM

Just as we were leaving I captured the simplistic beauty of the train-hub building that lies just before you go into Magic Kingdom. I love it. That's all.

:) :) :)

Now I'm off to the pool! I hope you have a little magic in your day too!

Colorful Shots

Once upon a time there was a girl who began a photography project. She discovered along the way that she struggled to come up with information to post on her weekly blog. She tried project updates, she tried humor(which she wasn't very good at) ,and she even tried storytelling(yikes). Eventually she began to feel like no one was even reading her blog(maybe not even her teacher!) ,but she thought maybe there was one person out there who cared so she kept going. It was her only motivation...well that and her project grade.

:P

Now that my colorful(if I'm being honest, coloring these words is probably my favorite part of the post) introduction is over, I'll give you some actual project details!

  • I still have not gotten a photo album
  • I edited a couple more photos for you
  • My Facebook Page is still just chilling, waiting for somebody to check it out
OKAY NOW IT IS PHOTO TIME

PINK LEMONADE

Now I realize that this picture may be a bit hard to see all the detail in(so do what I do and tilt the computer screen and look at those gorgeous tiny details). These were just some standard lemon slices(I took the picture in my Culinary Arts class). I edited to make them pink and they became pink lemonade to me. :)

THE COLORFUL CORNER

I took this picture down town. I love the different colors and how they are all displayed on one little street corner! Even the details such as the small graffiti on the stop sign and the dimly lit street lamps are so unique, I have many reasons for liking this photo.

Next week my post will be extra special! I'll be bringing you pictures of the most magical place I've yet to encounter. So be ready for that because the pictures are on the way.

Meow Is Time For An Update(I couldn't stop myself)

I think it's a great day for some pictures, don't you? :)
I still haven't gotten a photo album and I'm not on track with my photo editing...But I have pictures so that should make everything better!

Zombie Cat

Here again is my lovely little Yoshi(if you haven't labeled me a cat lady yet, now's your chance). I have no idea what he was looking at but the odd glow in his eyes gave this picture its name. ZOMBIE CAT.
He makes the best cat model. :3

FSU Arch

I actually took this photo a few months ago while I was at a concert on the FSU campus. Not only did the sky look super majestic, but the sign along with the building seemed castle-like to me. I didn't edit this one because the colors were already perfect!

I'll come back next week with more pictures and maybe a project update! I hope you've enjoyed my pictures and have a wonderful week!

P.S.~ If you'd like to check out a super cool/creepy photo of a candle in a hand you can only see it on my Facebook Page :)

Pinecones, Flowers, and cats! Oh my!

I've come with good news today! I'd just like to share how my project is going with you and post a few pictures.

I haven't found an album for my photos just yet but I am still looking! I have been a bit behind on photo editing but I have taken quite a few pictures. After this post I'll throw the included photos here on my Facebook page and you can also check some that haven't been on my blog! So check out this link if you're interested in that:

Picture Time

Cat Profile

Now this is a profile view of my kitty Yoshi. I love the simplicity of the picture and the outlined view of his head is cool and unique. Also, I think the fact that his eyes are not really visible is super creepy/cool.

Little Pine Cone

I had to hold my camera down in the grass to get this perspective but it's something I really like a lot. It makes the pine cone seem much closer and more detailed. The blurred background adds another layer to the picture for a neat effect.

Spiky Flowers

This picture barely needed my intervention! I saw these amazing little flowers at the park and simply had to try and capture them! The spikes on the flowers buds were nothing I have ever seen and the color was interesting and eye catching.

I hope you liked my photos, check out my page for more and have a great week!
